I was very comfortable with staff and Dr. Nastaskin. He took the time to listen to me. I really appreciate the overall experience with all the wonderful people at this office.

This practice has problems with insurance companies. Staff girl tried to extort money from me, to get scheduled for a routine colonoscopy. Very bossy staff. To Hell with her. Money is more important than patients here. Patients suffer, because of this company's difficulty in dealing with Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield. They want their money up front. To Hell with insurance companies.

Great friendly staff. Dr Evans was very through, kind and personable. Lil long of a wait but they are very busy . Over all good experience and I highly recommend .

Dr. Evans does not care how long you wait. He has no clue that other people's time is important. This was my 2nd time seeing him & there won't be a 3rd. He was late for my last surgery. I waited over an hour in the waiting room. Then after sitting in the exam room for another 20 minutes, his assistant came in & asked if I wanted to ses his PA. Told the assistant no & also canceled my husband's appointment for Monday. I will not see a doctor who has no respect for my time.

Staff was extremely pleasant and efficient. Only about a 5 minute wait before being called back. Dr Benapal was very easy to talk to and professional. Overall experience was great!

The office was very busy, but the staff were very efficient and pleasant. The wait time wasn't bad considering how many patients were there. Theresa, the nurse, was very thorough and took time to answer all my questions.

Very Profesional and well Educated. I believe all there are Experts in their Field. I feel they Care about the Patients. They inform patients about procedures, what to expect before , during & afterwards . I've been a Patient here for many years!!
